'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

I submitted my immigration case on 20th March 2015.
My case was started processing on 20th June 2015.
I received email from CIC for medicals on 1st November 2015.
I did my medicals on 10th November 2015.
Ecas showed "Medical Results have been received" line on 20th November 2015.
CIC sent me email on 5th January 2016 to pay "Right of Permanenet Residence Fees", which was paid on 6th January 2016 online.

My question is

1- Is it a positive and good sign that CIC ask to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fees?
2- It means my medicals were cleared that is why they asked to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fees?
3- How much time CIC will take to ask for my passports now?

I am waiting for RPRF mail. I sent a mail to sgVO informed that i completed my medical & i didn't receive RPRF. What you think

Sarkes01, pay online without their request. like this your case will be late for at least two months. i had an experience.

Yes it a positive sign and your medical result is OK & approved by Visa Officer thats why he ask you for Right of Permanent Residence Fees, By law after payment of "Right of Permanent Residence Fees" only, he can issue you PPR
2- It means my medicals were cleared that is why they asked to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fees?
Yes you are right.

Yes AVEEN i got mine on Jan 5th and send the passports to Abu Dhabi through VFS on Jan 11th still waiting to get them back with visa.

Yes AVEEN i got mine on Jan 5th and send the passports to Abu Dhabi through VFS on Jan 11th still waiting to get them back with visa.

I paid RPRF on 12th October. I got RPRF request on 1st October, 2014
