'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

Hi everyone,
Please give me some insight.

July 21, 2014 – application received
November 12, 2014 – Started processing
November 14, 2014 – transferred to Manila VO
December 8, 2015 – requested for ME, RPRF, NBI
December 14, 2015 – Medical Examination
----------Medical results received----------
January 6, 2016 – request for another NBI
February 4, 2016 – Requested to submit Schedule A
----------Nothing follows-----------------------
My questions are:
1. At this stage, what is my percentage of having the Canada visa?
2. How long will it take for passport request?
3. And after the Passport request, how many months will I get back my passport?

1. At this stage, what is my percentage of having the Canada visa? There is no percentage. You have clear all stage in order to get immigration.
2. How long will it take for passport request? As soon as your background check and Security is clear you should get PPR
3. And after the Passport request, how many months will I get back my passport?It can take from 2 weeks to a month. Sometimes even longer depending on rush.

As I saw the form or my friends received medical request with schedule 4 or background update papers after few days got Rprf.
But I didn't get schedule 4 & Rprf. Anyone passed this type of situation. I am confused. Would you please suggest me.

Same here. There are many examples of this. Could be security check still in process for all I know.

Security and Background Checks is done after Medical. Whats done before Medical is Verification of Documents provided and Criminality.

If you have line 3 "Medical results has been received" means you have cleared your Medical stage. Security and Background Check is whats going on in your case and it is the most intense one, and it has no fix time though. It can take from a week to several months. No need to worry though you are almost done.

My understanding was Background checks are done before Medical, and are finished when Eligibility is confirmed, is the understanding wrong?

Please help me understand. I am currently under medical furtherance and my updated medical result will be sent to CHC on Apr 30th, 2016. My current status in EE PROFILE is as shown below. Now my question is: scheduling an interview & A background check is needed saying "Not needed at this time". Is it means CIC do not want to carry out checks & inteview at all? OR they initiate them after they receive my medical test reports?

Stelimeli it varies from vias office to visa office. It can be from one months to 7months.
But be rest assured that you must get it before expiration of your medicals as long as there is no issue with your security and criminality checks
