Hi! :)

In order to submit it, you have to send them a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) ( https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx) with the new medical form that will be given to you at the doctors office.
The results will be submitted by your doctor, and the processing will take at least 2 weeks.
Hello,
Thank you for your prompt reply,
Let's say if i submit the medical form within a week so, I would expect my ppr within 3 weeks or so? , My background check says : We are processing your back ground check. Earlier was : Your application is in progress. So, it might be IP2. or something else. not sure about that.

Hi! May I ask you.. is your BGC status IP1 or IP2?
Heyy,

My background check earlier was showing : Your application is in Progress. I think it changed couple of days ago to : We are processing your back ground check . I am not sure about Not applicable. Yesterday, i got update for additional documents: We do not need additional documents. as of today, they asked my wife's medical. I think old one was expired last week. so, I have to wait probably a month to get ppr.

No, noone can estimate when you might get your PPR. It all depends on what stage your application is. They might be checking your eligibility / security / criminality / medical exams etc.
You can be in IP2 for 1 day, or you can be up to 3 months.

Hope you will get it soon! :)

I was asking because my husband's medical exams wil expire next month. The weird thing is that on Monday medical exams changed from passed to we are reviewing and then on Tuesday again to passed. On Wednesday BGC changed from we are processing to not applicable and today changed to we are processing your background check again. I'm pretty sure this is IP2 but I don't know what's going to happen with the medical exams.

hello inland applicants
did any of u guys complete your landing procedure recently?
if yes, where and can u please share your experience?

i live in Toronto and am not really sure where to finish my landing procedure.

thank you

Hi

I got update in CIC account that we do not need any additional document,
but BCG says we are processing your background check.
Can you advise about application status? and how long will it take for PPR.

Hi!
I'm from Toronto too!! :)

Most of my friends, who were inland applicants, did their landing at the Peace Bridge.
The others got their COPR and went to home country, visited fam, and then came back and landed at Pearson airport (from what they told me, the "landing" process (interview) itself took around 10 minutes, but the waiting in line took around an hour - you know, airports..)
Also, I know that it's possible to complete the landing in Toronto. You have to call CIC and they will schedule you for a landing interview in one of the CIC offices, whether it's on Dundas, or Etobicoke one. The waiting time for the appointment might take up to 8 weeks though.
