I just got the COPR email today just now.

I got final decision approval on march 19th, and got the COPR email and PR Card photo instructions from etobicoke VO today. Did not expect it to come so soon, I think I got lucky. But hopefully not and that the rest of you from approvals the same week at Etobicoke will get it soon.

Congratulations, what's your AOR? CEC inland? Bio-exempted?

guys who are approved was it assigned to DA20220 or DM10032?
I see nobody assigned to them getting updates.
I can see some threads from 2014 and 2015 for officer DA20220, looks experienced but this waiting game is never-ending.
I have my file assigned to DM10032
May 26 AOR CEC Inland Single applicant
waiting for security and criminality cleared. No update since Oct 21st (Bio-exempt got updated)

@legalfalcon - Would you suggest ordering GCMS notes? If yes, which method would you prefer ordering GCMS notes? I saw a bunch of GCMS services online and would really like your insight into picking a right one.

Thanks!

Requesting GCMS notes is not mandatory. However, they remain the most credible source to know know the processing details of your application after webform.

Since your AoR is May 2020, this would be a good time to request the GCMS notes to see where your application is at. There are many websites offering the service, and you can chose any of your choice. However, make sure that the service you chose is Canadian, and compliant with the PIPEDA and Provincial Privacy laws so that your data is protected.

See https://bit.ly/2OVZeYz

Also, when requesting the GCMS notes, instead of requesting them from IRCC, requesting them from CBSA. See https://bit.ly/3w02SB5

There is also a thread, see page 1 of this thread: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/all-about-gcms-how-to-order-read-general-questions-answered.482200/

If you are physically present in Canada or have a relative or friend in Canada, you can request them to obtain your GCMS notes https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en

Got final approve today, received the IRCC portal update email, checked and found it.

May 24 AOR
Background completed 2021.3.14
Final approval 2021.3.23

Can see the COPR number in the portal now, no document attached.
I noticed the expiry date of my COPR is only two months later. From my understanding, we have to land before the COPR expires. Does it mean I have to mail out the photo before this expiry date? Got a bit confused about what is considered as landing for inland applicant. Can somebody give some advice? Thanks a lot!

Hello I'm new to this thread and I'm quite confused about my current situation
I'm CEC, outland(outside of Canada), and single applicant and my aor is May 16, 2020

I recently received my GCMS note after its delay of 90 days (just yesterday)
and on my notes, it says

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Passed
Security: (blank)
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs: Cancelled
Final: Approved

and I noticed there's something has been added to FINALIZE and COPR section on my note
It says it's valid until 2021/05/13 just approximately after 1 year of my last medical exam date
I'm concerned so much that it's already end of March 2021 and it's almost close to expire
However I did not receive any COPR email, nor phone calls, even my status on my cic account is still the same(nothing changed)
I did not receive anything not even a single signs of PPR, etc

Just in case I'm attaching photos of my GCMS note about those sections, please
@legalfalcon or anybody in the same situation let me know...
Thank you,

**Plus: I saw CPCO COVID RFV under Group section my GCMS..does this affect issuing my COPR or PPR on my application? (I assume..)
Thank you...!
