So far we have 11 AOR

I think they have their own system on computers. For example, they can schedule AORs for applicants to receive in a specific time.
As we can see some received in early morning about 6:00 am , some in weekends and some at night
Maybe they do finish more applications but they do schedule them according to one pace!
