Did you got medical request or any request of document from CIC.

I would wait till CIC will ask for another employment letter as it also mentioned in ADDITIONAL NOTES in GCMS "DDITIONAL NOTES: PA's C12 WP's were for same NOC.PA's salary appear to be in line with what is listed for NOC in job bank website."

Although there are some MI guidelines require VO sending fairness letter before final decision, not every VO follows these guidelines. My application was refused because of not enough duties listed in reference letter and I wasn't given chance to address this issue. I suggest not to wait for fairness letter and take action right now by sending update for reference letter.

In my first application cic never asked me for a further letter. They just rejected me saying it was because of the letter. If it were me I'd some how get some sort of letter or email to them. Wouldn't take any risks.

FYI I just sent my RCMP fingerprints.

I called up the doctor and they confirmed that the results have been uploaded to CIC.
I don't think there is any other way to find out if it has reached CIC until they update your e-cas status with a note like "Medical results have been received". in my case it took around 20 days for the status to be available.
The other way is getting GCMS notes, but I have heard it takes about 30 days to get those.
Good Luck
