When they say two self addressed labels...are we just sending the plain labels with printed address..not the envelope...right?

it is probably a very basic/simple question....but at this point everything seems like a dilemma.

PS: planning on sending the application on May 15 (5 days after official completion of 1 year); is there a source where i can get my application reviewed before i send it out.
