He was apply in April but return back file due to birth certificate issue. Then after, he applied in May. He got it

I hold it tight last two months along with me many more

Oh well in that Case I know TJ better than you....
He is one of my Oldest friend..... Before Arriving to Canada....

Thanks banchos22, No I was requested to pay RPRF. I actually did medicals upfront and waited for RPRF. After a week of paying RPRF, I rcvd PPR. My ecas just got changed to medical rcvd 2 days ago.

I think Getting RPRF request is getting confirmation that you passed eligibility as they mentioned on the same email. No harm in paying it upfront if you have other sources(GCMS) to check your eligibility updates and process. My thinking is - if your RPRF is paid and when they have become to pull your file after eligibility passed, they can jump directly to next step.

I thought salary is not a factor here. But looking at your GCMS notes, apparently they do look at it.
