Congrats seems French Canada doesn't want to let Windsor have all the fast processing. This shows that not only is there a batch pull by the Local Office of files from Sidney but that there is likely an 'officer' factor at the LO. Some work on their files fast and others don't unless the LO has sub sections some dealing with clear cut cases and others with 'problematic' files. However I think Easy Rider's details of his test experience indicates at test randomness of file selection for interview without pre-disposed 'difficulty rating' so I'd stick with the former view that some staff are busy clearing their caseload and some are somewhat more relaxed.qwerton said:
