CIC may consider this as "Incomplete" and may return the entire application before they begin processing. Otherwise, they can ask for new sets of photographs at some point during process.

Does anyone know, if CIC returns application because of photo requirements are not met, at what stage of application process they do that?

I missed the part on writing my name on the back of the photograph and I am counting the days for my application to be returned. I know it is my mistake, and CIC will figure how to take advantage of it.
The inconvenient part is you have to wait for three months before you can re-send your application, and the good part is you can make sure you would have more than enough days of physical presence.

I haven't received anything yet. It takes 6 weeks or more from the beginning of first processing date.

I went on vacations every year (less than a month a year) and have been a PR for about 20 years. Am I most likely to be "RQ"?

How can re-send my photo again if they have not yet opened my application?

My application was received on July 5th and it will be opened probably in mid September.
