Though I have sent my application in June but I think I can tag along with the May group. Is anyone still maintaining the tracking list?

Good luck to everyone.

I applied on 29th June. Hope to get the PER soon. Lemme know when you get yours so I can get excited. Did you check if your draft or CC has been encashed

Today my credit card has been charged. Does that means my elegibility review was positive and I should expect PER sometime soon?

Congrats nirvana

Good luck for AOR, I hope it goes fast for us with AEO but I think it depends on the VO

I have a question I hope you guys dont mind answering. How did you go about getting a AEO?
I know its different from the LMO, but in applying for jobs did you state you were looking for an AEO in your cover letter?

Hey Nirvana555,

When you were applying for that job that u got the LMO for, did you state it in your cover letter?

My company transferred me from US to Toronto office.
But I would suggest you to get a local Toronto number (you can easily get it through Skype...I think for $10 plus talk time) I would say put this as your contact number on the Cover letter and your resume. Let recruiters contact you and then over the phone after explaining them your background you can tell them that you would need sponsorship/LMO. LMO will be the best route to take because I think no company would be willing to wait for approx a year for the PR process using an AEO. Even though LMO takes approx 2-3 months of processing time but if you have the right skill set, you have a chance. All the best!

Filed from Toronto, canada. Do not know the Visa office yet; initially put Buffalo but it is closed now.

Currently on Work Permit (till 2014).
+ve LMO for NOC 2171.
Have permanent full time job here in toronto.

MAy 2012- Applied in FSW2 category
June 06, 2012 - Received email for File NUmber and Acceptance under the applied category from NS.
Online status stated "In Process" and "we have received your application on 22nd May"

Do not know when I will get Medicals and Passport request.

Hi, I also submitted an application with AEO on June 11 and yesterday they charged my credit card with the processing fee. Does that mean im getting the PER soon? Thanks

Yes, it should be within next day or two if not received by now. You will receive an email from CIO that will have details about your file and the file number.
