  • NOC - National Occupation Code where AEO means you have an arranged employment offer (global cap on non-AEO applicants reached on May 7)
  • App Filed - when your application was recieved by CIO (Sydney, NS) according to postal service
  • PER - when you received your positive eligibility review
  • AOR - when your visa office acknowledged receipt of your application
  • Medical - when you received medical request from visa office
  • Visa Issued - when you received landing visa
  • Landing on - when you actually landed in Canada

I just checked my credit card today and see that a transaction is pending for my CIO application fee. So I guess that means it's moving forward. Is my PER coming through the mail soon? Wow, so excited! ;D

Also wondering about getting the rest of my PCCs in order. I could only send some of them. At what point do they ask for police certificates?

Hey alyssum!

That's great news. I think that you will get PER in the next few days. ;)

Congratulation! I have to check with my lawyer office tomorrow, if they get confirmation or pending on my fee, but somebody on other thread told me that is only slightly chance they would accept my application without aeo :(. I hope its not true. How do you think?

Good luck Alyssum. Hope you get PER soon.

my application is in transit hope to be delivered on 17th may, i am applying with AEO NOC 6321

Hi, my NOC is 6321 as well, but have no arranged employment, do you guys thinking I might fit in this year (2011-2012) gap, if they received on May 3rd, and they closed gap on 7th?

Got the PER email today! Hoping that other friends are getting their emails too!

Hi,
I sent my application on 12-May-2012. NOC 2171. No AEO. VO = Buffelo.
I am currently in Canada in Work Permit. How do I confirm if my application reached to Sysdey or not?

Thanks

I sent my application via post office tracking service. So I could check post office for day received, and that is what I used for the "App Filed" field.

Thanks,
I didn't use the post office tracking service so I guess, for me App_File Date will not be 12-May-2012 :)
I read in CIC website that the cap for FSW is already reached so in case my application is returned due to cap full, can i re-apply on 01 July 2012 for 2012-2013 cap?

Ana, I think that your application has small chances without AEO, but maybe I'm wrong. Let's wait and see, hope that everything will be OK.
