Good to hear that you got BOWP.
How many months before you applied for BOWP.?
!4 months is from the date of Work permit expires or from this month on wards?
Generally people said in this forum that BOWP issues for 12 months but you got 14 months which is good.

sava said:Hello Jayson & Others,
Congratulations on your successfull BOWP.
I've applied for FSW2 in May 2012 under Arranged Employment category. My current employer has given me a letter stating that he'll continue to employ me in the same position/role after my PR is granted. Can I change employers now (my situation in the current company is a little uncertain)? And what would I have to do after I change my job? Should I submit a similar letter from the new employer and how soon should this be done? I'm currently on WP (closed), but have applied for BOWP.
Your suggestions would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,

I'm planning to change only after receiving the BOWP. Since I'll be on an open WP and I wouldn't need to apply for LMO in case I wanted to switch, but the only concern is if I update CIC about the change in employment. Would they then ask me for an new LMO??? and would it be fair on their part to ask me for an LMO then, because on one side they make provision for me change employment if necessary with BOWP (which I think is good & Fair for the employee) and on the other side if they ask for an LMO after I switch employers to continue my FSW application (AEO) it would take away all teh freedom that they are trying to provide with teh provision of BOWP.
Jayson said:You don't need two LMO's for one FSW application.
Bless.
