AOR is received on July 16, no update since then.

Called CIC and was informed that my sponsorship was approved and sent to me via mail last Aug. 8. Still don't have it on our mailbox even on our email, but I'm glad I got the answers I was searching for for 3 months. Same here, CIC told me my letter was sent Aug 8 but I didn't get it yet.

Don't worry you will have both have your letter's next week!!! If they said it went out on the 8th they probably weren't posted until the 9th so for sure next week!!!!

If I didn't get sponsorship approval yet but I can log into ecas, what does it mean?

Thanks! I can now log to ecas, and it say's that application received on both sponsorship status and permanent residence status. There is no information that we were given an approval. Is it the same as yours and the others?

I have a great feeling that you had already been approved! We might receive our letter next week. I guess if the application is not barcoded, they are sending approval as mail which makes a bit of suspense..

all applications after March have to be barcoded.....some agents just send out paper method.....it seems all aor's are sent by emails but it is half and half with respect to approvals.....some are mailed and some are emailed......just all depends on the agent processing your file......my file was barcoded...got an aor by email and 11 day later an approval in the mail????

they know whats inside the letter? if you get approved or not?
