Masters in Canada

Hi, am new here, pls I need clarification, I am an HND holder from Nigeria, I mailed mun for possible requirements and eligibility to apply but the response was that it's only Bsc that can be taken exept if I can do transfer credit, pls I don't understand what that means, and can anyone help me of any school that will accept my HND for masters or PGD. Thanks
