Masters and PhD in Finance and Accountancy from Canada

I am 28 and trying to understand whether it will be fruitful to pursue Masters in Finance and Accountancy from Canada. By fruitful, I mean quality of teaching and professors and not in terms of job. I want to pursue PhD in future. However, I guess I have to complete my master's first. I am an Indian and looking forward to pursue both my master's and PhD from Canada. I am interested in lectureship and research. Can somebody guide me with the college and amount involved and for sustaining myself in Canada are there any ways in which I can at least generate income whilst studying and researching.
