I graduated from a Bachelors at a Canadian University and after graduation I returned to my home country. I applied for a PGWP and it was approved so I received the Letter of Introduction.
A few months later, I got accepted into a Masters program and I applied for the Study Permit which was approved and I have received a Letter of Introduction for this. So at this point I had two LOIs (one work for PGWP and one study for Masters).
Then I returned to Canada and only presented the study permit LOI since I did not need the PGWP since I was going to start my Masters. I still have the LOI for the PGWP and the letter expires a few months after I will finish my Masters.
I have two questions:
Thanks in advance for your advice.

I have two questions:
- If I present this LOI for the PGWP after my Masters graduation will I get 3 years from the date I present it or 3 years from when I got the LOI initially approved.
- If I do a PhD and just let the PGWP LOI expire, would I be able to apply for the PGWP after my PhD? (ie is the LOI considered 'issued' enough for that to be my one-time use)
Thanks in advance for your advice.
