I did my test on 11/27 and today I got an email asking me to send in a scanned copy of my photo ID as they couldn't verify the data on the image taken on test day. Anyone in the same boat?

I have read of similar cases, although in those cases they asked for an interview to confirm identity rather than sending in a scanned copy

This information is very easy to find using google.

Google mentions to bring all the passports (previous or exiting) used during the application, that’s what wanted to check first hand experience.

Update the application status so far:
Received test invitation: Oct 27, 2022 (Not Oct 28!)
Test window: Oct 31 12:00 AM - Nov 21 12:59 AM
However, I got another email on Nov 16 correcting the test end date to 2022/11/20 (yyyy/mm/dd) at 11:59 AM Eastern Standard Time, which does not really make sense.

Test taken: Nov 20, 2022 (score 20/20)
Test status updated to completed: Nov 22, 2022

Background verification: In progress

• I see on the status tracker that some people were asked for fingerprints while some weren't prior to background verification completion. What was the criteria used as I wasn't asked for fingerprints so far?
• I just took my online test and it said the next step is an interview. However, I don't see anybody mentioning anything about an interview so far. Is that step removed these days?
• Based on prior data for online applicants, how long do you guys think we'd have to wait for before the Oath invite?

It seems like not all applicants are required to provide finger prints. In my case they requested all pages of the passport. This request sent to me together with the test invitation. Interview situation is also seems like case by case basis. As per the IRCC website and the past applicants, they've been taking 3-4 months from the test invitation for the oath request. Some applicants waited over 6 months. I am on the same boat and waiting for the oath from October 31st 2022
