How did you call the IRCC agent and what was the wait time?

Call +1-800-267-6788 (from Viber or another mobile app).

1- When you call, you'll first press 1 to select English.
2- You'll press 2 to be connected to IRCC
3- After that you'll be asked to press 1 to provide your UCI but press 2 that you don't have one.
- Press 2, meaning you don't have UCI (don't forget).
4- Immediately machine talk, press 340.

I have one visa refusal to Abu Dhabi as Tunisia and Emirates had a political problem at that time (2015).
The thing is I don't know if I disclosed it or not (I don't remember). I had my application submission the same time as my work permit submission.
I disclosed it in my work permit application so I think I'm safe to go..

When did you get your medicals passed? BIL request? Biometrics passed?

I am pretty much on similar timeline with AOR 24th March but did not receive GU..I did receive an update directly on portal on the same day I got my biometrics done but I dont think thats GU since it had an actual update in my profile which was biometrics completed.

Background check yet to start

I received GU on July 7 ( i guess it was for eligibility) though its not reflecting in my IRCC account which still says we are determining your eligibility

Also, do you think i will get PPR within 6 months

Background check will not reflect in your IRCC account. Normal processing means within 6 months after AOR.
