This confirms that your appication has been received by CIC on 2020/03/17.

What does this mean?

Was able to see the WP application was found on GCKey. We can't link because we have a representative. Used UCI and Family Name with Passport. Our receive date is March 19th. Can't see it yet on ECAS. UCI for the sponsor has not yet arrived.

Yes but they are 2 separate applications the work permit is a temporary residence application and the PR. Permanent so each would have its own application number I believe I might be wrong can’t say but try linking it to work permit under temp res with that app number

I tried to link both of them but it didn’t work.
