My wife called the medical examination center today and they informed that the report was sent yesterday. When i am checking the online account it shows that they have requested for medical. How long does it take to update that they have received the medical result. I am worried if they haven’t received the result then we can request the medical examination center to resend it before 30 days expire. Also I have the medical receipt and wondering if i need to send the receipt to confirm that medical has been done.

Yesterday was a holiday, so they probably couldn't update it in the online account yet. Maybe give it the rest of the week and then give them a call?

Thanks. First of all do they change the status in GCKEY that they have received the medical report. Then change the status to pass.

Same here. Had my medical done May 7, medical center said they have forwarded the results to embassy on May 10 but until now no updates on my ECAS/GCKey. Afraid that I only have 30days, I sent a message to IRCC May 17 via Webform to confirm if they already received my MR but no response yet. I'll just wait for their response within this week, their normal response is 1week after you have sent an inquiry.
