Got our Ready for Visa - passport req mail today! Thank you all for your positive vibes. Mar 3 to Dec 20, 2019 - a long journey. Had to take remed for it in spite of being inland- took it on Nov 28 and got updated on Dec 17 (which we called up and confirmed, not through any update on portal though).
Big congrats! Did re-medical on the same day, still waiting.

ATTENTION!

NOT TOO LATE – SUBMIT YOUR JOB DUTIES LETTER NOW!

There are many applicants who have only given their offer letter, relieving letter, salary slips and/or account statement showing salary credited as proof of employment.

The MOST IMPORTANT aspect of employment proof is to attest your job duty, role and responsibility. Based on this information, the visa officer VALIDATES your chosen NOC Code and moves the file forward.

In case you have not shown your job duties and responsibilities (based on whatever your past employer agrees to show on paper) – GET THE LETTERS NOW AND SUBMIT VIA WEBFORM ASAP. Do not worry, you have time!

Get up, its time to chase your past reporting manager. Chase your past HR person. Tell them you need this letter for immigration & citizenship purpose. Get whatever duties you can on paper. Signed by either HR or Dept. Head or Reporting Manager or any official signing authority.

Remember, Offer letters have salary mentioned, but they do not mention your job duties. It is compulsory to disclose any/all/as much of duties signed by past employers.

ACT NOW! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY! AVOID ADR REQUEST!

BE PROACTIVE!

Here goes my timeline. What is not shown is the arduous waiting and IRCC calls every other week...
  • FSW Outland
  • 2 applicants
  • VO: CIO, Sydney
  • Mar 19: AOR
  • May 2: MEP, Request for biometrics (submitted within a week), ADR for PCC even though already sent (raised CSE with old PCC again)
  • Jun 24: Requested GCMS notes, received notes after one month
  • Notes showed criminality passed, but review required for PoF and eligibility not met due to job duties not stated on employment letters - raised CSE with new employment letters within a week
  • Sep 30: Requested second GCMS notes - never got a response
  • Dec 10: Request for Re-medicals for only me (my wife’s was fine even though her meds was a week before mine) - submitted after 4 days
  • Dec 19: MEP passed
  • Dec 24: PPR!!!!!

what is your AOR, timeline, program and VO

Congratulations

I have the same AOR 19th March, MEP/Criminality passed May 4th, ADR requested (Dec 3rd, submitted Dec 9th), Eligibility Passed Dec 9th.
Is there such a thing as a rational process?

One of my friend got her AOR in January 2019 however still has not received her PPR email.
She has previously stayed in 3 countries - India, UK and France.

does living in several countries take time for security clearance? And would this be the reason that has caused delay in her application?
