You can't reach the canadian ambassy in Rabat by phone . But i sent them an e mail 2 months ago and they said that my application is in progress. they received my file since AUGUST and still no updates ( i SENT them all the documents they needed, police certificate, pictures, conversations,... ) . My cic account is not updated at all , and it doesn't show any informations , it is the same since i applied on March 2017

I'm sorry to hear you are waiting so long. I have the same scenario as you, I married a Moroccan woman but I married in January 2018 and submitted on March 2018. I think that you should ask your sponsor to call CIC because you are waiting for more than 1 year. Maybe request the notes from the officer. I think you should try calling or emailing the embassy again because they are suppose to complete your application within a year. I'll provide the information about the embassy in Rabat that other people have used.

New Delhi. But they asked my husband to go to Islamabad to drop off the passport. They will be issuing the visa. I'm not sure why? Since his paper work was through new Delhi
