if you want to upload using web form, make sure u also attach copy of the request, your cic page proving that you cant upload. the agent said otherwise they wont send it to them. that the tech team need to see that you don't have the option to upload it when they requested for it.
you can take a screen shot of the ECAS showing a correspondence was sent and you can also take shots of your linked cic under 'view submitted' and put in the body of the message that you called the office and was told to use web form. you know, just so they see that you are not trying to jump the gun

Is there a trick to get through CIC call center? I am trying from last 2 days, multiple times but not able to get through. All they say is they cannot transfer my call to an agent due to high volume of call. Did you do anything different to get through?

I Usually call in the morning around 8.10am to 9.10am

yup, this is what i was referring to. Considering a lot has changed since January including reassigning of responsibilities of CIC-M and local VOs, this seems possible. Lets hope for the best.

NOPE, I NEVER SAID I SENT TWICE. I COULDNT UPLOAD USING GCKey, SO I USED WEB FORM. IT WORKS COX I CALLED AND THE AGENT SAID IT TAKES TWO WEEKS THAT I SHLD CALL BACK NEXT MONDAY

I'm the sponsor and my wife got asked to link her account.
But I linked it under my account.

Will there be any problem if I linked our application it to my CIC account ?

In fact it is not new at all, the op2 2006 version states 80% of the spouse cases should be finished within 6 months.

My file was received on March 28th.
I am still waiting for AOR1/Medical request/Schedule A and PCC

My file was recieved on 31st March 2017... anyone here with same timeline...

Hi bilabongster!

We have almost the same timeline. We received our SA. We are now waiting for Schedule A and PCC. I don't know if I should upload to IRCC webpage or wait for an advice to upload to Principal Applicant. Hopefully we'll get Schedule A and PCC request by next week.

I am in the same situation. Its been 10 business days since I got SA and still no email or upload link on myCIC for PA to upload Schedule A or PCC.
I called IRCC and the agent said that the PA should submit a IRCC web form explaining the issue and they will advice. I did that last week and havent heard back yet (it said they will get back in 10 buss days and its been 4 so far.).

I am planning to wait until end of next week to see if CIC responds and if not I am thinking of submitting schedule A and PCC via web form..

you can leave it under your account as long as you used the information on your wife's email to link i.e her uci and application. and if you want to unlink, simply open another cic account and just link it as if its your first time. it will automatically unlink from the other account
