Hello! I assume you don't know where your app is at this moment (it could be still in Canada or your local VO).
You might have been asked to send schedule A or police certificate clearance and did not get the messsage
I would order notes to see what's going on with your app, because sometimes they send us message but we don't get them... you will only find out once you get your notes!

You're right I don't know where the app is, I've had no contact since the request to complete medical in May.

Would linking my account help me find out any requested next steps? I've been trying for months and it just won't work even with all the tips here on this forum...

I've also requested notes, but through my wife as main sponsor - do I need to request as PA?

Finally, is there a number to call to help solve this? I'm convinced from looking at all information that my app is just stuck and needs to me do something but I haven't had the email. I really don't want to wait a month for the requested notes...

So that was really useful, thanks.

Confirmation it was received on April 10th, medical passed, no interview needed, background check not begun.

They also confirmed that no further documents were needed at this time - I assume this includes the Schedule A and police check? So I probably haven't missed anything, and just have to continue to wait?

I believe I sent SA with the initial application, as it's a core required document is it not? I don't think I sent police checks, although I might have... I stupidly did it all on paper and not electronically so don't have great records

May 15th - request to link received
May 18th - request for medical
May 20th - sponsor approval.

yes it is required and please confirm with cic agent ,he/she wil tell u that have they got it ,it should be submitted via web form and via mail

ohhhhhh why your file was not transferred yet you are just 10-11 days behind me as per applicant date and yes its takes long time to connect them u have to wait and talk them and confirm,,ur file should have transferred so far i guess as per your timeline

You think my file should have transferred to a local VO by now? Will I receive confirmation of that? I will also call an agent again later to confirm if they have my SA/PCC or not. Thanks for your help!
