My file was received to CIC Mississauga on 22nd March 2017. Sponsorship Approval on 21st April 2017. Medical Submitted on 27th April 2017. Supplementary Travel Form submitted on 25th May 2017. PCC upfront. On ECAS it is still saying APPLICATION received. My file is still in Mississauga. Can anybody help me, why my file is still in Mississauga even everything is provided and when it will transferred to London Visa Office?

If your VO is New Delhi CPC Mississauga sends them in batches so your application should be transferred soon. Don't worry.

I have the same issue. I sent mine tru webform since march 31, then mailed it to them july 6. But still no updates,, numnber 2 in my ecas says- we sent you correspondence on......

In my case the GCkey does not say your application has been forward to London visa office but I got massage form IRCC say that so, don't care what GCKEY say or not . DON'T WORRY.

GC key never states that the file has been forwarded. LVO sends an email to the Sponsor, while Ecas show In process with the addition of line as , We are processing your application.

Can we please keep the spreadsheet sorted as per the application status... i mean the way it was before... its easier to track

Congratulations! are your dependents accompanying or non-accompanying? not sure if I should secure my daughter's passport yet, because she's not coming with me yet.

Dependent children are accompanying. Better to secure her passport as they will ask about her details even if she is not accompanying since failing to declare any member whether accompanying or not will be a problem later on when he or she would actually want to join you in Canada. This is based on IRCC instructions but you can further consult others if you like

According to the 2017 workbook (spreadsheets), only 3 applicants have had their file transferred to the Ottawa VO. Does anyone know if the Ottawa VO is no longer processing outland applications? I am a US citizen who is married to a Canadian citizen, and we are both living in Canada with no dependants. My background check has been in progress for over two months (since May 26, 2017).

Mine was transferred to Ottawa and then an electronic copy was sent back to Mississauga. Not sure why. Could be to approve eligibility. Won't know for sure until I get my notes
