hi sis artes Ive been emailing them like 3x now the reply still the automated email I guess all we have to do is wait and maybe our case is different from you sis and really depend on the VO sigh....I dont know what to do to keep my sanity here..Im loosing hope..

Good news today ...
hi all, good and a positive news. Finally the big, long waiting game is over. i received my passport yesterday with visa. Ppl who are waiting for your visa will get it soon esp.2012& jan2013 & feb2013 applicants. Dont worry.Stay positive with hope and faith in god.

I would like to thank david cohen for starting CiF& everyone who made me stay positive throughout this tough & hard journey. Thanks again, everyone here answered all my queries in a quick& positive manner.

Hello everyone! We submitted our application last March 2013 and we received a letter from CIC 3 months after that was June 2013 stating there that my husband already qualified to sponsor and sinabi din dun na they forwarded our application sa Manila Visa Office for further processing. it's almost 3 months na rin since we received that letter but wala pa ring response from Canada Visa office Manila. Okey lang ba yun na mag follow-up through email and call?... or wait lang ng response nila? Mag 5 years na kaming hindi magkasama ng asawa ko and it's really hard to be apart. Hope our application will be granted soon....Thank you!

all we have to do for now sis is to wait for Passport Request from CEM..theres no specific time frame for it, but mostly is takes 5-6 months from SA..why did it took 3 months for your sponsor's approval?

I wish i had seen this before me and my husband filled our application forms, we would have filled it better because we only wrote a few things about our relationship. Still am happy that i have found it now. We applied in March and today i found a letter in my email inviting me for interviews in October 2013 and that's when i started goggling/searching internet for find any helpful information.

Now good members here please advise me; In brief, i met my husband online, after 6months he visited me and we got married from his country before going back to canada. Am 33years and my husband is 50years, we are happily married and plan to have 2babies only next year. He was divorced, 1 child and me am single with 2 children. We have all proof of our relationship like photos, boarding passes, we communicate everyday on phone, whatsapp, viber and emails.

With this brief history about us, i need your ideas and advise on how i should do at interview. All is real and geniune.

To be honest, I don't know how big was your proof.....??Anyway i don't see any red flags with what you`ve written...... the age differences, the kids etc. Meeting online is a normal thing, i met my husband online as well! Though in our scenario, we both never got married before or have any kids and of course, i didn't give any explanations on my application, i only gave proof to speak for themselves. All you need to remember is what you wrote on your application, they might ask you the same question for clarifications with what you wrote and of course, you have to go with extra proof so they can see that the relationship keeps going on and its genuine. Am sure you know your husband very well so if they ask anything about him, his work, finances, his family his child, you know what to say about all of this and keep in mind that you only answer what you have been asked so you wont leave rooms for doubts.

I hope my little info will enlighten you on where to begin for your interview preparation. I wish you all the best and i know you`ll do just fine!
