Hi batchmates ;D

We got an AOR on the 18th from CPC-M.

How will we get notified if we ever get a(n) SA?

Cheers to all!!

Congrats for your AOR

Normally you should receive an SA 8-10 days after you have received your AOR

Good luck

I wish everyone gets SA this week!!!

Messenger i would like to know their procedure for processing application.. I mean do they make inquiries in both country of nationality and Residence or just residence.. if both then i think it will take longer time then needed ::)

Hi friend

Yes they look into the background of both countries. The one of residence and the one he/she has been.
Sometimes it all depends how straight forward is your case. ie: if you are married for some years then i don't think they would spend so much time with it!

Have you ever lived together with your spouse? That must be a plus also. What's more it is even more important than the actual marriage. But that's only my theory.

yes we did... she came in Germany as well for a short trip.. we showed them photos, tickets, visa copy.. everything

then stop worrying! ;) you will be fine. OK, I am a little worried myself too, because I lived in Spain for a while before (I am a Hungarian citizen) so the background check will take a little longer in our case. but let's stay positive!

Hi
This question is for anyone in BC Canada. My wife and I have had our sponsership approved and her PR application has been acknowledged. They also noted that her medical forms were received. We are applying outland but I am wondering if I can apply for BC MSP even though she is "visiting" based on her application for PR being processed. Apparently they will sometimes accept that. I'm wondering if it is only for Inland applicants though because they stress on the BC MSP website that visitors and tourists cannot apply. Anyone know if this is the case? Is applying something we should risk...as well we applied for an extension to her visitor staus back in February and still have not received an answer. She is a US citizen. Is this something to worry about? She will be here 6 months now.
