An option without a relationship with a resident of the province is to attend school in the province. You would need to immigrate through a study visa. Note that Saskatchewan offers this option as well, but their list of Occupations that are In Demand has gotten smaller every year, while that for Manitoba is quite extensive.

ARe you under express entry? If yes?Manitoba hasn't carried out a draw for express entry since July where they had a very low cut off of 519. Fingers crossed for this Friday hoepfully ignore there's a draw. I am also waiting at 569 since September ending MPNP-SWO express entry. Good luck to us all

If your are eligible for Express Entry profile then first you create EE profile ,on submit of EE profile you will get profile no &job seeker validation code.
then you fill manitoba EOI and link this with EE profile by filling profile no and job seeker validation code in EOI.As a mentioned already that last MPNP EE substream scores were 519,hope will get LAA in next draw

Does anyone know why Manitoba has not carried out any draw for EE since July? Do we have any hope, and when are they likely going to do this? I seriously hope the cut off will not be too high. May God help us.
