Hi there,

I am having difficulty knowing what to do. I applied for the working holiday visa from UK through the GCKey a few months ago. I was sent the point of entry letter and everything was confirmed. Unfortunately (due to moving home twice) I have lost my login (user id and password) and I now do not know how to access my letter. There seems to be no recovery for the user ID. I cannot revoke my account as I cannot enter the account and I cannot contact anyone regarding this!!

Please, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Create a new one and attach your application to new login.
 
Hi, thanks for the advice. I have created a new account but unfortunately it cannot find me on the system. Really not sure how to proceed with this now.

What do you mean by you cannot find your self on the system?
