My submission to the CIC done on Nov 22, 2017.
And I have received UCI on Jan 22, 2018.
I am still waiting for MR.
how long you think it will take till the issuance of PR?

I have hear from one of the immigration consultants that MPNP- Business has gone through a lot of changes recently and now they are only issuing TR without the deposit , unlike the old program. Therefore, the old applications of MPNP- Business are delayed.
Hope this is not true and you guys get your MR soon.

Actually I’m gonna go to Montreal late June and stay there for about one month. I’m going to assess all expenses school fees stuff like that in order to make my mind whether I wanna move there (as visitor) before PR or not.

Is that an option ? I dint know that while waiting for our PR we can enroll our kids in school ?

I called a school in Montreal they said you need study permit and you have to pay tuition fees.

Yeah, I know there are significant changes they (Manitoba) applied to the MPNP-B old generation, and now the new one is called BIS. However we have paid the deposit of the 100 K, and the new stream does not require such a payment. Therefore, as per the Lawyer that I am dealing with, such changes will not affect the already submitted application, And this seems to be right because the AoR we have received after they launch the changes.

Do they treat Business applications differently ? Any priority over skilled PNP paper applications ?

I mean, people who have done exploratory visits, selected possible businesses for purchase etc may be looking to land as early as possible.

in the past business stream seems to be faster than PNP, but processing business applicants are extremely slow now
