Hi again,i called up my consultant and told her wht i have observed in this forum but she doesnt seem to understand,she says ae will write to LVO and inquire why decision has been made!and why i m rejected though i have full points!i want to know if i drop a CSE to PVO n she writes to LVO is it going to be trouble for me?this tension is almost killing me! Help plz n guide wht shd i write in CSE or shd i send CSI and at which address,thanks in advance

Your consultant is dumb and tell them that PPR is on the way..........with all PVO cases, when DM is on e-case , it means PPR will be issue......same happen with me..

Coolguy can u plz suggest something ,i m 2010 applicant with NOC 3142,my case was transferred from LVO to PVO,i got medical request in April,got my ecas updated medicals recieved on 14thMay,RPRF has been encashed as well.my ecas shows DM on 10thOct,my consultant is saying that before PPR DM means rejection!! Pls tell me shd i convince her to send them a mail,shd i b worried(i already am)pls do reply or anyone who can guide me thanks.

Tell your consultant that your case is transferred to PVO and not LVO.......

They are really stupid people and really don't apply their brains....

Please ask them not to communicate to LVO (even if they , it will not harm your case)

thanks a lot, yes my case was trasferred from London office to Paris office and my medical instructions also came from PVO

Stay blessed , and pray for me , see my time lines - My file was lost by LVO, upon my follow up they retraced this in Sep 2012!!!!!!!!! , and I am suffering from their negligence. Scores of applicants who filled after me are now Canadian PR , and whereas I am still waiting for initial review , and do not know weather I will be declared eligible for further processing or not.

I have dropped countless CSE to LVO , but they reply with standard email - Pray for me.

Dear Friends,

After a long chase with my consultant, I got my PPR-1 finally.... Acutally he had received the PPR-1 very next day of the decision made but was not contacting me.. but after I send him email that I am cancelling him as representative, than he replied and even asked me for the final settlement for the payment... I paid him the half of the remaining 150USD and than we shared the news that he had received the email for the PPR-1 and ask me to submit my passport copies with updated form....
Now waiting for PPR-2.....

Sad story but I hope it will ends in Happiness...
