Hi man,

:) Don't worry, we're in the same boat. We have also applyed it from Calgary. Actually, the employer has applied on late July and still waiting for call. However, patience is a virtue in this situation.
Take care,

Hello Guys,
I have received a positive LMIA last week after waiting almost 4 months under the position of Administrative Assistant in Ontario.
I wish you all the best. You should wait ESDC is taking almost 3 months to call employer for interview.

It's been 7 months and there is no negative or positive answer from immigration bureau.
Have your employer received any receipt or confirmation from the Service Canada if yes?
Then you need to call SC for further verification.
Thanks.................All the best.

No unfortunately. They haven't received any confirmation.. When they ask to service Canada all they say we are still processing. It should be 30 to 60 business days. It's been more than 130 days.

Just wondering what the normal processing time would be for a high waged job ( $28 ) in the oil fields in alberta? My employer sent in the application today what should I be expecting?
Got mine in 12-13 days. *Fingers crossed* going to be applying for a work permit soon.

Hello everyone!
I have applied for an extension for my workpermit. And it’s 63 days passed and still waiting for response from cic.
My employer has applied my lmia and it’s 16 weeks passed and not yet arrived my lmia.
My ainp file is still in process, my application date is 5 march in skilled worker.
Any body have any idea what will come first, AINP,LMIA OR RESPONSE FROM CIC FOR WORKPERMIT
