dont freak out at all or be too worried. All you have to do is get the section of the form that requires you to write your dependendts. Fill in your husband information and send a copy of your marriage certificate. I know a few people who added their husbands after their application was in. The important thing is not to delay. There would only be a problem if you dont declare that you are married and after you get PR you try to apply for your husband then that might not work. So just send them ur update information ASAP

You're correct. That was the reason why they were denied. They didn't declare it thinking it might slow down the process of PR.

They're going to send the AOR by e-mail. My family got it after 3 months of submitting their application.

Im the LC1, pls check my timeline below for references.

LC2 got an AOR thru email exact 2 1/2 months from the date they recv the kit.
it contains application# & UCI/client id # for him.

last tues. we got an email from CEM asking for original Advisory on marriage to be comply w/in 30 days.

It will come very soon I applied June 2010 i just got my LC2 October 2012. For the meantime gather everything that your family might need for the immigration it will save you time while waiting for your LC2. All we need is PATIENCE.. God bless.
