Have been under the stress, frustrations, and depression for 19 months.
Finally i got a decision made!!!

Received application : 23 June, 2010
Started processing : 3 Sep, 2010
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.

We sent you a letter 19 Jan, 2012......

Thanks God!!!
CIC issued my kids study permits at the same date as 19 Jan, 2012.

Hope this gives you a slight light!!!!!

Today morning.i called CIC ,the agent said",they didi't open my file but they hope they will issue my OP WP before april

I called them as well and was told that they will try to issue all OWP before the end of march ,so ,the same info we get,

I heared one other news.someone told me.the pilot project means ,they only issue op wp but there will be remark that we are not eligilbe for PR.I M TOO SCARED

I do t think so.issuing OWP does not mean the first stage approval.but that does not mean they will remark it as not eligible for PR.that I'd my understanding.anyway ,it is happy if I can get away from my employer soon

You should call and ask.they said issuing to all applicants
