I applied for my sister's LMO here in Alberta, Canada while my sister was working in Hong Kong at that time. The only advice I can share to you guys is that you have to comply with EVERY DETAILS they ask so your application would be smooth and fast.

I see... processing in Hong Kong is really faster compared to other countries... is it online application also or mail in?

Nope, she took her application in person at Canadian Visa Assistance Centre. She was advice actually if she could do it online as it is way faster but it takes to be a computer savvy to figure out some stuff in downloading online.
