Let share Preparations/Timelines for 2015 Live In Caregiver PR/OWP Applications

question if you are applying for PR in these months lets say sep october nov.. how do you provide a notice of assessment for that year? do you have to or NOA from last years will do..
im just wondering if that will delay the processing of your PR if you send it without the recent NOA which will be only available in january or february.

You can provide STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT FOR CURRENT SOURCE DEDUCTIONS. You can get this from your employer. Its a CRA form, Its a proof that your tax has been paid for the current or 1 month before you submit your application.

I submitted my documents last month, I provide them with Statement of account that tax paid as of November 2015.

I am not saying that you really need to have this document, but that is what my employers accountant gave me when I asked her about Notice of Assessment for 2015.

Hope this helps.

And by the way, you have to provide them with ALL of your NOA since you were employed. I came in Canada late 2012. Irovided them NOA for 2012-2014 and Statement of Account for Current Source Deductions for 2015.

I'm under LICP due to complete my 24 months on September or October this year 2016. I am currently looking after a 10 years old boy with Juvenile Diabetes he is insulin dependent.
Sorry for my long list of questions I real will really appreciate it if you can help me with my queries.

1. What category should I be in? Child care or with high medical needs? Thank you.
2. When is the best time for me to start working on my papers? Like starting the WES?
3. I have Academic Ielts last May 2014 with Bandscore of 7.0 Is it still valid when I apply for Sept or Oct 2016?
4. Is there no limit to apply for the new pathway?

Hello Everyone!

I hope someone can help me,
I'm planning on applying for my WP extension this May ( expiry of my permit is on June )
I am only extending because I lack 6 weeks to complete my 24 months,
However my passport expires in 2017 ( which I should renew before applying for OWP) but the process for passport Renewal takes 10 weeks, and I haven't even got the schedule yet , lots of waiting

Will they be needing my police clearance when I extend my permit?
Is it a good Idea to do my passport renewal while im on implied status, after I sent my WP extension?
Cause By September is when Im applying for OWP/PR

Me too. It's taking forever this time. I have a friend who got her PR 8 months after submission. I filed on June 29 and 8 months later, nothing. How I wish we'll get ours soon
