On my GCMS note, I found s.19(1) written on two sides. Who knows what this means?

Section 19 - Personal Information

The Provision:

s.19(1) Subject to subsection (2), the head of a government institution shall refuse to disclose any record requested under this Act that contains personal information as defined in section 3 of the Privacy Act.

The head of a government institution may disclose any record requested under this Act that contains personal information if
a. the individual to whom it relates consents to the disclosure;
b. the information is publicly available; or
c. the disclosure is in accordance with section 8 of the Privacy Act.

Thanks Nekeol. This section was captured under client details and item request (when the requested for my children B/Cs and immunization cards). Well, I await there response to submit my passport. My file location is waiver-eligibility. Hope this turns out positive very soon.

Therefore don't worry at this stage about s.16
After ur due date I hope they will pass or ask for u an interview so just wait for few more months
I assure u if nothing wrong then take it easy and enjoy

I have got cse reply like this application is awaiting review by a visa officer.

two cse reply and both are same first reply on 5 feb and 2nd reply on 5 march

my case was for 4 months same under review by officer.
depends upon case to case and officer to officer.

yeasterday i got GCMS note . In the medical section of note for my kid, there is a text mentioned as "case has been reffered to CMAU by Delhi RMO IMF due date 25th Nov 2015

i need your support with the menaning of CMAU

On some page of my gcms note, some code written. One code is "s.16.1(1)(c)" and other code is "s.16(1)(c)

What does mean of this code?
