Yes in their confirmation email, they do mention 45 days but you will receive it InshaALLAH in 30 days ( 30 days from your confirmation email)

Can you plz advise if GCMS report authorized via visafile.info will be coming directly from CIO to my email address OR is it being forwarded to my email by visafile.info?

I received my GCMS note yesterday and need some clarifications from the experts in the house.

Against my wife's Biographic, I have s. 13(1)(a). This is against a US visa refusal in 2014. While this was not captured in Schedule A at the time of submission ( not deliberate), I have done the details on the updated Schedule A form sent to me along with Medical and payment for residence fee.

Please what is the interpretation of s. 13(1)(a)?

I also discovered that my eligibility is in progress; security and criminality: not started. The due date for these checks are 14 October 2015. However, the due date under eligibility is 24 February 2016. Does it me I cannot hear from them until the due date? I have already completed my medicals and its showed ''Passed".

When do you advise I request for another GCMS?

(a) the government of a foreign state or an institution thereof

they have hided information which is taken from USA/ which is provided from USA; but it will not be issue in your case, in my opinion.


DUE date on second page at the last line is more authentic due date , thaty vo will do some thing before this date.

The reason for then refusal is generic and not an issue I suppose.

I hope to order another note if by mid next month I don't hear from them.

Thank you for the reply. So the "ppt request itr sent" means they sent the passport request? And the location "ppt(b25)" what does it mean. I was thinking that I am very close to the final step, that I will get the visa in the next few weeks. (

I applied for GCMS notes via Visafile, and they sent me the consent form to sign it, so I did this and sent them the signed consent 24 hours ago, but unfortunately I have not received the confirmation email yet though they claimed in their initial email that sending the confirmation email is expected within one business day from their receiving the signed consent!!

Is this normal? and if it is, Does anyone know how much time does it take for them to send the confirmation email?

In my case they confirmed it next day. Write to Valery and ask him to confirm.
