Good thing your eligibility passed, now don't worry u will come to canada

Thanks Nekeol for your reply...

Please answer my 2 small queries

1. Are there any chances to get interview or verifications ?

2. What could be the reason for delay in MR ?

Thanks

Sandeep

1. Are there any chances to get interview or verifications ?
THERE IS ALWAYS CHANCE OF INTERVIEW, BUT MOSTLY 99% AFTER ELEIGIBLITY PASS NO INTERVIEW, BUT ONLY SOME TIME FOR QUALITY AND SOME DOUBTFUL THINGS. FOR YOU IT IS PASSED DONT WORRY.

2. What could be the reason for delay in MR ?
SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECKS AND IT IS VERY SERIOS IN CANADA. SECURITY bgc IS AS IMPORTATN AS PASSING THE ELIGIBLITY. BUT SURE IF ANY APPLICANT IS NOT CRIMINAL OR SECURITY THREATS, THEN DONT WORRY AGAIN IT IS NORMAL PROCESS.

Dears need some comments

Today it's 260 days since PER but no update from LVO. Raised CSE in July and received reply "awaiting review. ....", then received GCMS NOTES in August in which the 15th September was due date, but on 18th September raised CSE and again got the same reply " awaiting review. ...". Today is 16th October but no update from LVO and RFI(visa officer).

Thanks

Thanks for reply but 6 months starts from when? Because I received PER on 29th January and file transferred to visa office on 5th February.

it starts from the date when it first appeared in ur gcms notes that awaiting review, file will be reviewed by senior immigration officer

What it means "Activity#: 2-5EGOIDB"???

I received my GCMS note yesterday and need some clarifications from the experts in the house.

Against my wife's Biographic, I have s. 13(1)(a). This is against a US visa refusal in 2014. While this was not captured in Schedule A at the time of submission ( not deliberate), I have done the details on the updated Schedule A form sent to me along with Medical and payment for residence fee.

Please what is the interpretation of s. 13(1)(a)?

I also discovered that my eligibility is in progress; security and criminality: not started. The due date for these checks are 14 October 2015. However, the due date under eligibility is 24 February 2016. Does it me I cannot hear from them until the due date? I have already completed my medicals and its showed ''Passed".

When do you advise I request for another GCMS?

Senior please advise.
