Dear he just needs to prove that he is living in Canada legally. Copy of his student visa will be all right but he will need to manage bill or bank statement some how. He can also talk to CAIPS / GCMS authorities about that. I think they will help. I am giving you the number of one of their representatives.

Téléphone 001-613- 946 - 5223 Craig Elizabeth

I am not sue but I think if he orders by post he doesn't need to send copy of his bill / bank statement. Just copy of his student visa will suffice. Thanks

Hi guys! I just received my GCMS notes and although I got my passport request last Monday and Ecas shows decision made, I need to know what the following means that was in the notes. This was the only thing in French on the last page (36). I'd appreciate if anyone would translate this for us. Thanks!

AB please request refund of deportation -ARC (no need to pay as she was a minor) -DSC Payment

Hi,
Dear cocknbull and other members:

I got my GCMS notes today after the interview, and the medical which was done today.

In GCMS notes I noticed 15(1) International affairs and defence, 19(1) personal information of the Access to Information Act.. Last time there was section 16(1)(c)....which is no more in the current GCMS notes.

I am also claiming Relative points...that could be the reason??? of 15(1) International affairs and defence, 19(1) personal information of the Access to Information Act. (sounds dangerous).

And there is also "SII Indicator: Yes" Under the Security Section. Any idea what is this SII indicator?

Please suggest.

Thanks

If the application were to be accepted, the plaintiff would need an ARC (without brother because she was a minor) and will need to repay his deportation. Plaintiff was deported on May 3, 2012 by

Just for understanding purpose the following are the details :-

As per the CIC guidelines and last years stats for Access to Information Act :
The majority of exemptions CIC invoked fell under three sections of the Access to Information Act:

subsection 19(1), which protects personal information, was used in 10,377 cases (57 percent);
subsection 15(1), which covers international relations, defence and subversive activities, was used in 5,494 cases (30 percent);
subsection 16(1), which addresses law enforcement and criminal investigations, was used in 2,563 cases (25 percent).
It should be noted that more than one subsection can be applied to a specific request.

Hope it helps

Sunny

You will need to withdraw the consultant's authorisation by filling in and submitting the required forms, also Any legal resident of Canada can apply on your behalf for GCMS, the required authorization form needs to be filled in his name by the principal applicant and all co applicants.

The following post by mysteaka will give you all the details :-

Thanks ....appreciated. But not cleared.

How this section 15(1), which covers international relations, defence and subversive activities relates, and if relates does it relate to me or RELATIVE IN CANADA?

Thanks
