thank you for your reply .yes I claiming points from my relative in Canada .I just wonder like about 15(1) which is something related to defense of canada which I am not understand what this issue related to me and second why they not started criminality until now as they mention. finally they mention in last note they received updated form and NAI WHAT IS MEAN

Just for understanding purpose (I myself now do not understand ) the following are the details :-

As per the CIC guidelines and last years stats for Access to Information Act :
The majority of exemptions CIC invoked fell under three sections of the Access to Information Act:

subsection 19(1), which protects personal information, was used in 10,377 cases (57 percent);
subsection 15(1), which covers international relations, defence and subversive activities, was used in 5,494 cases (30 percent);
subsection 16(1), which addresses law enforcement and criminal investigations, was used in 2,563 cases (25 percent).
It should be noted that more than one subsection can be applied to a specific request.

on my CAIPS notes BF date was 13 march 2013. but nothing happened yet, no ecase update
my medicals expiry date is 17 april 2013, i dont expect anything now. there is no time left for passport request.

it same to me in my GCMS I believe it is just update the document that the fees has ben received so the officer start next step of reviewing the file because without the fees he can not do any further step. nothing important do not worry but tell what they mention about the security

hi Hani, can you write the complete sentences regarding NIA or NAi, onc u mentioned NIA and once NAI. this looks the name of VO
your cirminality and security are inter linked and both will be passed immidietly once togather. same is the my case both are nto yet started even they have mentioned in the notes that htey have received police certificat and updated police certificate and I hope they will pass at the same time. t

dear Hany, what i understand is any form or report u have sent them, this is one kind of info to the other officer working on the file.

2. nia = national authority of investigation, which migt be related to ur security and criminality
my eligibility is passed, medical in progress and sec ciminly = not started.

in some cases it may take more time because of some security or other reasons, anyhow sending reminder with payment and other proof is not harmful, than waiting. send reminder NEKEOL

Any legal resident of Canada can apply on your behalf, the required authorization form needs to be filled in his name by the principal applicant and all co applicants.
