Cocknbull, Is this happening to everybody that Status is not shown online? or its only few..
Do you know some website for successful appeal processing time information?

Ecas status error is happening with some of applicants not all. Give it some time and you will be ok. No one can tell you precisely how long an appeal process can take and in my info there is no such website that provides that info. Thanks

Dear I advise you to call this no 051-2831173 and speak to Christopher and speak him directly regarding booking an appointment.

You can also do...

Send email to mhdislamabad@iom.int ,send them passport number+full name+date of birth+ no of people +city where you want medicals to be done

But I would prefer you to call Christopher...

Dear Cocknbull i do not understand the meaning of this subsection 16(1), which addresses law enforcement and criminal investigations, ,please can you explain what it means this sentence and somewhere i saw that you have written 16(1)(c) is dangerous.What kind of problem it can be.

Dear I tell you in simple terms, S16(1)(C) means they will verify (investigate) anything they have doubt relating to your application and will not disclose in GCMS untill verification is completed, most probably its your employment. Why I called it dangerous because it implies some sort of verification can be done on your application like employment etc..

I got GCMS and need some explanations if some one clear it to me, i will be thankful.

elegibility: Passed 6 june 12
criminalty: not started
medical: in Progress 4 july 12 (but I have not received yet)
Security: not started
Due date: 8 March 13

1. my question is regarding Eligibilty, does it means that now I have passed the Marks reqired and all degrees and documents verifications finalized and there is no fear of interview or rejection of application due to eligibilty?
2. medicals are longtime in progress, what does it means, when will I receive the medical forms??
3. Due date is 8 March, what will Officer do on the due date and this due date is for what purpose??

I am MI3 cas from London VISA office inProcess since June 2012
