Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

Dear Cocknbull,

My case was rejected on March 12,2012 after I send reconsideration letter my E-cas changed to inprocess and i got my GCMS report on 10 January 2013 and new VO created GROUP 1 in GCMS and it shows with the below details is it means they accepted my file?.

One of my friends got enquiry/verification from immigration officer for experience in employment. In his online status, it is still RBVO but processing is going on his case. In what situation online status gets updated to "we started processing your file.......?" Thanks

Do you know the cases which are appealed and succeeded.. how long they waited for MR?
And is there still a chance to be refused again?
Should we send the enquiry?
Does the GCMS help to locate the file and is this needed?
We won on 11th Feb 2013, maybe its too early to send the enquiry?

Dear I got no clue however after some google search I found out PFL can be the name of visa officer but I don't know what KTR stands for. Check this link please. Its an old post of 2005 but contents look relevant. You can use google translator to translate in English. Thanks

Hi Cao, Thanks for the nice reply! I think you are right the I the checked my CAIPS notes last night and figured out either PFW or PFL should be just a acronym of examiner's name, How's your timeline? anan hi, anan28: the I belive that BF File to: PFW on 13-12-2005 (Nov 13, 2005) means a reminder to an officer to take a look of your file on that date again if nothing actived b4 that date.

Hi!

I am not an expert but my conclusion is if you see, the name in group 1 and group 2 is the main difference. Name in GCMS 1 is "MI 1-Officer Review" and updated date is 31/8/12 whereas name in GCMS 2 is "ECU-MI 1-Provisionally Passed" and updated date is 7/1/13.

That looks you provisionally passed the ECU stage in GCMS 2, that is only my observation and I am not 100% sure. Good luck to you..

Dear I am not an expert but as I commented about one last post check the name of group and it says "MI-1 officer review". thats means your case is under review. Tell me notes of visa officer at end of GCMS and go to history you will see application status, then keep going and tell me what is application 1, application 2 under history...Thanks

Is he MI-1 applicant or MI-2 applicant or MI-3 ? In some cases ecas doesn't show correct info. Normally verification takes place after ecas shows in process and this line appears in ecas "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on this date". If he had received verification call then it means his case is in process. Thanks

Hi!

Yes on forum I have heard about cases who were rejected initially because of either job duties mismatch or wrong points calculation but on sending reconsideration their cases were reopened. I think "zee81" is one such case and "countryboy" another one. But I am not sure if they had received medicals but their cases were reopened for sure. If case is reopened there is a minimal chance of rejection again because they have accepted the mistake so won't refuse again. Better don't send the enquiry now but order latest GCMS, you will be able to see the mistake they made and acknowledged the mistake and details about wrong calculation of points or job duties mismatch etc. Go for GCMS..good luck..

Group name : MI-1 RFV docs pending
Group : 1- 19EL9DH
Eligibility: Passed, Criminality : Passed
Medical : Not started
Paper file location : Registry
Application Assignment Due date : 15/10/2012

Plz comment your expert advise.

Hi Sunny, do you see a S16 1(c) on the top right in the notes section of the GCMS pages ?
I have had the same officer assigned to you.
The term Provisionally passed is tricky. I had 'PASSED' , did not have Provisionally.
I have seen the GCMS of GAGGU ( he emailed me ) and his notes said that he has passed PROVISIONALLY subject to response to the adverse information on employment.

Do you have anything like that in the NOTES section of the officers? The officers remarks are important and will give you an idea.

HI, True, may be those checks are what consuming the time.
Also, can you please share what the latest NOTES of the officer probably dated 17th Jan. The notes explanation will have the reason for PROVISIONALLY passing and the response thats awaited. You can also PM me the notes, if you wish.

I think we are all there..they have to finalize all of us before sending out MR to the new Intake.
Else, his scrapping of pre2008 wont be justified.
