hi cocknbull, i recieved my 2nd GCMS notes 2weeks ago in which a due date of 2013/01/01 under application assignment.whats that mate. due date in my previous notes was blank.i,m prejune applicant with in process since mar2012. when will i recieve MR. mate ur view please.

This is your next BFD 01-01-2013. Most probably you will get medicals after that date. Thanks

As per your last message, 02-11-2012 was your last BFD mean your file would have viewed on that date. Also tell notes of immigration officer at the end of GCMS. Note 1 to note last.

Hi!

That means nothing started for you means immigration officer has not seen your file yet. As the GCMS notes were dated before your BFD so you can't tell the up to date latest activity in your GCMS. Give it some time and you will hear good news. Most probably on last BFD 02-11-12 immigration officer would have seen your file. ..Thanks

1) When should i apply again for the GCMS ( only 1 line is in my E CAS)
2) They did not give me 4 points for my spouse. should i update them about that? ( i am having 74 instead of 78)

Hi there!

You better wait now and apply after 2 months if you don't hear anything but most probably before that time you will hear some thing. Regarding points its up to you if you want to contest but in my opinion you better leave it like that because you have scored the passing marks and if you challenge that they will ask you many more things to send. So why take such hassle ? Good luck to you. Thanks

Thanks for your quick response actually some body told me that even if you are applying alone, you need to show the full amount depending upon your family.

By c50, it means you must have recd 6-12 months wait letter......based on ur gcms, you would get MR after the wait period of 6-12 months.
