landing in calgary

hello members and PMM ;
we just sent our passports for stamping and waiting for visa and we plan to leave for canada in september /october . we have to book our tickets and we want to go to calgary and the flight route is such that the flight lands directly in calgary from england please advise can our immigration be done there or we need to book an alternate route as i read that ports of immigration are vancouver, toronto and montreal please advise
