Landed but not received PR card yet, can I visit USA by car and back with the landing paper?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
As long as you are able to enter the U.S., driving a rental car from Canada, you will have no problem returning with just your landing paper. All CBSA really needs is some proof that you are a PR and that your status has not been lost (renounced by you, or revoked by IRCC).

@Ponga Does the CoPR need to be valid or can we travel with expired CoPR as well (assuming the soft landing is done already) ???

The date on the COPR is only relevant for first landing, it is the last date on which you can land. After that date, it's an historical document.

And so yes, ponga's comment pertained to any time after. (Frankly a photocopy will be fine because the COPR at that point is primarily going to be used to help them lookup your profile in the computer)
