No they didn't call us in. I emailed my MP ON Saturday and my MP office called me today with a complete update:

*Eligibility was finalized for the sponsor on December 16,2015
*Eligibility for the applicant has not processed yet
*They are working on it
*Security has not started yet
*A letter was sent on October 8,2016 to applicant
*Criminality in process
*Interview is end of November

They also indicated that the PT is down to 15 months and they can call after 90 days for an update. MP was very fast with getting back to me. Hope this helps

Wow they got very detailed with your MP. Thanks for the post. I feel like making the MP check is better than wasting 30 days waiting for notes that don't say shit. Congrats!!

Just an update. Hubby went in for interview today it went well. He has to go back to KVO with his birth certificate and he'll be able to pick up his passport. Our paper application was linked online and it was updated to "Approved" right after the interview was completed. Hopefully he'll have passport with visa in hand tomorrow.

Here are questions they asked him

The officer asked when, where, how we met and how the relationship progressed

When we got married

How did we communicate

What trips we took together

When did we first become intimate

What did I tell him about Canada

How many times did we meet up in the US (how many trips)

Where I work and how much I make

Where he works how much he makes

What's my and his religion

What documents he brought with him (they were pictures, cards, emails, whatsapp convos, phone bills)

Did he bring his birth certificate

When you guys first became intimate that's quite personal lol not like that's a question on the application maybe they were being nosey lol guess it doesn't matter now he's almost on his way home
