Hi Everyone!
I want to say thank you to each and everyone one of you from the bottom of my heart for your words of congratulations.
I am so grateful that I found this wonderful forum family and am not sure how I would have survived this without all of you by my side.
To have a group of people who know exactly how I am feeling and to truly know what it is like to go through this process is a true blessing.

I will probably head to Jamaica around the 22nd of May and then we will come home on the 29th or 30th...Let the countdown begin!!

This is Port Maria, close to where my hubby lives. Its so beautiful there. Its in St. Mary parish. About 20 mins east of Ocho Rios.

I dont like how west jest do things... how can you not permit a luggage for an infant.. wth.. where are you going to put your baby clothes if you want to travel...
I book a ticket for my to travel with my daughter and and shes not allowed a luggage... only a car seat,play pen or stroller... wtf.. is she supposed to wear those... and now they claim you cant bring extra luggage grrrrrrrrrr.

LDH, unless it is different depending on where you are flying in or out of, WJ does allow you to check an additional luggage for $20, but they are VERY strict on not going over the 23kg each mark. As for the baby issue I guess that they figure since the baby isn't paying a fare then they shouldn't have a luggage allowance either. BUT totally understand and hear you bc where are you going to pack their stuff if not in yours. At least give you the option to pay for a luggage for them too!

They are very strict with JA flights, infants and luggage. You can check an extra bag for the 20 but you can't bring all 3 things for the infant. You can only bring 2 of the 3 for free and you can't pay extra for the other one if you are paying for a bag for the baby. That is why I can't fly them with the baby because I need all three for her.

I am flying with Caribbean Airlines instead. I am allowed 2 bags, baby one bag and all three things checked in or gate checked. It was worth the extra 80.00 bucks difference in fare to book them
