Omg just got an email from port of Spain.. They sent me the tracking number and said my husbands passport is being sent out today!!!!' I'm so happy.. Booking the flight for this Sunday!!!! And my husband thinks my cousin is picking him up from the airport cuz I don't wanna drive 3 hours with a 5 week old... But gonna surprise him!!!!!!

I have a in Canada sponsorship application In and I wrote cic too withdrawal it on Dec 13 I wrote it . I got an aacknowledgement email stating that they got my email and here I am Jan 24 and I still never got an email back that they withdrew my application.. my husband is back in Jamaica and I need too send his out of Canada application in like now but I'm scared it will get sent back .. if the other application is not cancalled. Or will they automatically cancel the in Canada one? and start my out of Canada one??? I'm getting frustrated ..

Suzanne you have asked the same or similar questions a few times and I am sure that someone answered you already to the best of their abilities. I would recommend that you call Immigration Canada and if they do not answer your questions or are not helpful hang up and keep trying until you get someone that is helpful. Not sure if anyone on this thread has had a similar experience with the inland application to be cancelled and then reapplying. We all totally understand the frustration part when it comes with this process bc we have all been there (or are still there in some instances). Hopefully the wait times are going down and you will have him back home with you once his one year ban is up. In the meantime you will need to be patient and figure out the best way to make the next year work for you so that it will not be too stressful for you both. Good luck and keep us posted!

Sadly my file is in Kingston and I continue to deal with keying errors regarding children coming or not, sent three emails explaining the error from cic mississauga since Jan 7 and today they email me saying they haven't received the form we don't need to send in, I have sent three emails but they don't care... what the heck

Thanks, it so annoying when now twice it's been there error and everyone plays the blame gain, all I know is it definitely wasn't me and they have had two months to fix it and still nothing...my mp is trying to get permission from Ottawa to intervene but we will see as I am losing faith in this process
